SHIPPING & RETURNS

We ship worldwide from our fulfillment center. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier delays or events outside our control.

Returns Due to the nature of supplement products we do not accept returns on opened items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@herrelief.co and we will make it right.

Tracking Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order at herrelief.co/track or via the carrier's website.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders.

Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
