All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of our products all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds on any orders once they have been placed and confirmed.
Why We Have This Policy HerRelief products are consumable supplement items. For the safety and hygiene of all our customers we are unable to accept returned products under any circumstances.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect please contact us at support@herrelief.co within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review your case and at our sole discretion may offer a replacement or store credit.
Order Cancellations Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been placed and confirmed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Lost or Undelivered Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window please contact us at support@herrelief.co and we will investigate with our shipping carrier on your behalf.
